Recruitment & Compliance Manager (Maternity Cover)
Responsible to: Operations Director
Duration: 1st October 2024 – 31st December 2025
Pay: Competitive depending on experience
Bonus: Contract term completion bonus
Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, 30 minutes lunch break, however some flexibility will be required to suit the needs of the business.

Managing the flow of people visiting the office
Answering the Telephone and taking/passing on messages and information
Ensuring information you have passed over is actioned.
Recruitment
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
Explaining to New Applicants how the business works and its expectations
Skills Testing
Inducting and training new starters both in person and online
Referencing Applicants in accordance with referencing policy
Communicating Recruitment Activity & introduction of New Applicants to Recruitment Consultants
Managing Advertising and Recruitment Campaigns
Talent Sourcing; identify and utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
Recruitment Strategy Development
Booking and Attending Recruitment Fairs and Open days
Managing the recruitment app and flow of applicants
Promote the company as an employer of choice by developing and implementing employer branding strategies
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Administration
Organising and Booking Training/Induction Sessions
Managing and administrating the temporary candidate's database
Managing Training and Recruitment Documents in accordance with GDPR
Ordering Stationery and Office Supplies
Assisting where required in the successful operation of the business
Involved and Responsible for Temporary candidates' recruitment documents for company external and internal audits
Ensuring right to work checks and procedures are up to date
Line Managing
Managing a small/growing team to ensure the department achieves its goals and objectives.
Having one to one’s with team members to identify goals and objectives.
Motivating and supporting team members to achieve their goals and objectives
